Pastel tutup

Adonan ubi /kentang :
200gr ubi jalar / kentang (biasanya aku pake kentang)
2 sdm minyak

Isi :
100 gr dgg ikan/ayam/dgg (disesuaikan selera aja)
50 gr daun bayamrebus
50 gr kmbang kol rebus
1 bwg putih
1 sdt tpg trigu
50ml susu uht
1 sdt daun bwg
2 sdm keju parut
Gula dan garam (bisa diskip ksh keju aja yg byk sdh enak bgt)

Cara :
1. Kukus kentang/ubi kmudian hakuskan, campur rata dgn minyak
2.Isi : tumis bwg putih hgg harum,lalu ikan, masukkan tpg lalu susu aduk hingga sertengah masak, masukkan sayuran hgg matang angkat
3. Tuang isi, tutup dgn adonan kentang/ubi.. Bisa disajikan lgsg bisa jg dipanggang dl.
*isianny bisa campurin keju agar tambah enak*
