Puree Ayam dengan Ubi dan Apel

BAHAN :
– 1sdt ELOO
– Bawang bombay secukupnya, parut atau cacah kasar
– Ayam cincang/giling 2sdm
– 1 ubi jepang ukuran kecil (seukuran kentang sedang) potong dadu
– 200ml kaldu ayam
– 1/4 apel fuji potong dadu

CARA MEMBUAT :
– Panaskan ELOO, masukkan bawang bombay dan tumis sampai harum
– Masukkan ayam cincang, tumis sampai berubah warna
– Masukkan ubi jepang, apel dan kaldu, masak sampai matang (kira-kira 15menit)
– Angkat, hidangkan hangat
